Continuous quality improvement is an important way to improve care for patients and ensure high quality care. HRSA-funded health centers are expected to have ongoing quality improvement/assessment programs that include clinical services and quality management. CPCA is committed to supporting members in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality improvement programs and plans.
