CP3 Financial and Operational Regional Training
CPCA is working with Capital Link to provide financial and operational assistance training tailored to the needs of CP3 participating sites. The training will focus on technical assistance for financial and operational measures/tasks related to our new payment reform work. We will be conducting 3 trainings across California in the Santa Ana, Southern Bay Area/Santa Clara, and Rohnert Park. These trainings will be a day and half long and open to teams from all participating pilot sites. Please begin to determine the appropriate staff (CFO’s, COO’s, Billing Managers, Clinic Managers, etc.) from your sites to participate in this operations and financial training and if you have questions please let us know. *** Please note that this event is for participating pilot sites only.***
