Change Management encompasses the process, tools and techniques to manage the people side of change.  As health care evolves towards value-based care, the Quadruple Aim and population health, health centers need new ways to manage what can feel like overwhelming, constant change. In the first of three Change Management webinars, health care transformation leader Wendy Jameson will delve into “3 Conversations You Should Be Having Now with Your Executive, Operational and Clinical Leadership.”  She will engage health center executives and managers to explore: over-communicating the “Why;” instilling “vital behaviors”; accountability and rewards; alignment cascades; building resilience; and creating bandwidth.
