NCQA PCMH Recognition: Transition From 2011 To 2014 Standard

This 60-minute webinar will outline the differences in required documentation and processes between the NCQA 2011 PCMH standards and the 2014 standards. The presenters will cross walk the most important changes, highlighting common mistakes and trouble areas, to help centers identify their performance relative to 2014 standards in preparation for renewal. Additionally, the presentation will describe considerations for choosing to renew under 2014 standards and the consequences of letting recognition lapse. Attendees will receive resources and handouts for documentation assessment and renewal. Note, this is NOT an in-depth review of all 2014 standards.
