Using Data To Improve Performance

Value based health care is here and health centers should be ready to improve performance at both the patient and staff level. Transition of provision of volume to value based care in community health centers must include preparation of staff to maximize the use of data collected.  This webinar, the 4th in our data related webinar series*, will address how to go beyond the standard required measures and learn the components of actionable data and utilize visit planning to drive performance at the health center. Key concepts will be introduced such as PDSA cycles, importance of benchmarks, and actionable data. Participants will also learn best practices of using a visit planning report which has helped improve patient satisfaction and staff retention at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center, Inc.

Cancellation Policy:  No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after Thursday, November 10, 2016.  

  • To receive a refund, all cancellations must be in writing and must be received by emailing Training@cpca.org according to the following schedule:
  • Cancellations received on or before 20 business days of the event will result in a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations received on or before 10 business days of the event  will result in a 50% refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations received on or before 5 business days of the event  will result in a 25% refund minus a 10% processing fee.
  • No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after 5 business days before the event.
  • Cancellations after the conclusion of the event are non-refundable.
  • Substitutions are encouraged.
  • "No Shows" are non-refundable.
