Now that California's federally qualified health centers (FQHC) have increased implementation of electronic health records (EHR),  it is crucial to begin building a data driven culture while making data driven decisions. It is necessary that staff working with data understand the importance of data from the time it is collected to providing data analytics related to reporting health center patient, financial, and operational outcomes.
