CPCA is offering this multi-part training program to teach health centers and regional associations about lobbying and advocacy to ensure that they can help influence the future of healthcare policy in our state and nation. Once you watched Lobbying & Advocacy 101, which gives you a basic understanding of the lobbying basics for 501(c)s, you may have additional questions. This training will explore more advanced concepts for 501(c)(3) organizations.

- How does a 501(c)(3) report its lobbying to the IRS?
- How can a 501(c)(3) maximize its annual lobbying limit by taking advantage of special rules and exceptions?
- How do the lobbying restrictions on 501(c)(3) organizations interact with federal, state, and local lobbying disclosure laws?
- How are 501(c)(3) organizations able to utilize social media for advocacy?
