CPCA's second Integrated Care Summit will focus specifically on the operational considerations of integrating behavioral health & oral health, providing CCHC administrative and clinical leadership personnel with opportunities, ideas, and resources to improve the integration of these critical components of patient care.  This unique training opportunity will provide participants with an entire day of learning through engaging workshops and in-service trainings.

Sessions will highlight 3-5 promising practices in oral and behavioral health integration and is targeted at behavioral health and oral health clinicians of all levels, including clinical, operational and quality improvement personnel and leadership. Workshops will include:  1) Administrative Best Practice for Care Integration; 2) Clinical Techniques for Cross-Team Coordination; and 3) Team Solutions for Difficult Conversations with Patients.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Community clinic and health center (CCHC) staff who lead or participate in oral health and/or behavioral health initiatives, including integrated primary care staff: clinical directors and managers, practice management staff, practitioners and care teams, quality assurance/improvement and operations staff.

FEES

  • CPCA Members and non-member Health Centers:  $275
  • Non-member, non-health centers:  $325

No refunds of fees will be offered for cancellations made after Thursday, May 26, 2016.




CANCELLATION

To receive a full refund of your registration fees, CPCA must receive your written cancellation notice one-week prior to the event at training@cpca.org. No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after Thursday, May 26, 2016.
