Every year in October, CPCA diligently works to put together an informative and empowering program for our membership, partners, and collaborators to learn from one another and honor those who have been instrumental through the year in addressing the serious healthcare concerns facing California's uninsured, low-income, and minority communities. This year's 800+ attendees will include key decision makers and leadership from hundreds of health centers across the state.

First Registrant: $600
Each Additional Registrant:  $525*

General Registration

First Registrant:  $850
Each Additional Registrant:  $775*

Community Board Member:  $475
Student Registrant:  $250**

*If you are registering more than one person, you must process the first registration completely before registering any additional attendees in order to receive the discounted pricing.

**In order to register at the discounted student registration fee, you will need to submit copy of your current transcript showing full-time student status to training@cpca.org otherwise your fee will default to full conference price.

Single Day Registration Discount: $50 off of Member and General Registrations.

All discounts will be applied automatically at checkout.

Payment is due at time of registration.  A 10% service fee will be applied for invoicing options.

Book your rooms at the conference rate of $195 single/double (plus taxes and fees) by Monday, September 26, 2016. The limited room block will be honored on a first come, first serve basis. Call the hotel directly at 1-800-WESTIN1 to reserve your stay. This special rate is only good for October 24-31, 2016. Any nights prior or after will be billed at the standard room rate.

Advance registration is required for all CPCA training and events. In order to ensure you receive all important communications and materials which may be made available in advance, please register before Monday, October 10, 2016.  All registrations after this date will have to be processed on-site at the registration booth.  

CANCELLATION POLICY
To receive a refund, all cancellations must be in writing and must be received by emailing Training@cpca.org according to the following schedule:

• Cancellations received on or before 20 business days of the event will result in a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations received on or before 10 business days of the event  will result in a 50% refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations received on or before 5 business days of the event  will result in a 25% refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after 5 business days before the event.
• Cancellations after the conclusion of the event are non-refundable.
• Substitutions are encouraged but must be from within the same organization.
• “No Shows” are non-refundable.
