Many health centers recognize the value of data analytics to improve individual performance, but this information is particularly helpful when viewed over time and compared to statewide and national benchmarks. Join us for this 60-minute webinar where Capital Link will present key findings from the recently-released California Community Health Centers: Financial & Operational Performance Analysis, 2011-2014, a Blue Shield of California Foundation-sponsored report updating the financial health of California Health Centers. Using this report and Capital Link's Performance Benchmarking Toolkit as a reference, we will describe performance trends of California health centers in comparison to national results, as well as provide insights for tracking key financial and operational metrics to help guide performance improvement.
