PRESENTER
Alex S. Keuroghlian, MD, MPH, Interim Director of Education and Training Programs, Fenway Institute and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr. Keuroghlian currently directs the National LGBT Health Education Center, a HRSA-funded cooperative agreement to improve the health care of LGBT people in community health centers, and the National Center for Innovation in HIV Care, also funded by HRSA to help improve organizational sustainability and service models to better address the continuum of care for ASOs and CBOs nationally. He is the Public and Community Psychiatry Curriculum Director for the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH)/McLean psychiatry residency program and co-Director of the fourth-year clerkship in LGBT health at Harvard Medical School.  

Dr. Keuroghlian received his medical degree and Masters in Neurosciences from the Stanford University School of Medicine. He completed his psychiatry residency at the MGH/McLean Hospital training program, where he also served as Chief Resident in Public and Community Psychiatry. Dr. Keuroghlian was awarded the annual HMS Primary Clinical Experience Teaching Award by Harvard medical students. For two years he was a Partners Healthcare Kraft Fellow in Community Health Leadership based at Fenway Health and completed a Master of Public Health (Health Policy and Management) at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

At Fenway, Dr. Keuroghlian also works as a clinical psychiatrist within the Behavioral Health Department and undertakes research at The Fenway Institute. He has authored over 20 research articles, review articles, and book chapters on topics that include HIV medication adherence, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use disorders, transgender health, and homelessness among LGBT youth.

• No refunds will be offered for cancellations received after 5 business days before the event.
• Cancellations after the conclusion of the event are non-refundable.
• Substitutions are encouraged.
